Verix Remote Coaching brings expert training and personalized support straight to you—wherever you are. You’ll receive custom programming, progress tracking, and direct access to your coach through our app, so you can stay accountable and on track even when you can’t make it to the gym. It’s the same high-quality coaching and guidance you’d get in person, delivered with the flexibility to fit your schedule and lifestyle.

HOW IT WORKS
REMOTE COACHING

Remote coaching at Verix Athletics is designed to give you all the benefits of personalized training—delivered anywhere.

 

Our coaches will build a fully customized training program supported by personalized nutrition protocols and Lifestyle Guidelines tailored to how you live day-to-day.

 

All of this is delivered seamlessly through our Verix Training App, where your workouts, habits, communication, and progress tracking all live in one place.

FREE CONSULTATION

Remote Coaching begins with a consultation call or in-person meeting where we dive into your goals, training background, available equipment, schedule, and lifestyle. 

ASSESSMENT

Along with completing a detailed questionnaire, we assess your movement via video submission or in person so we can create a completely personalized plan.

PROGRAM DELIVERY

Once your program has been created, your coach will notify you and go over your first month. This includes training, nutrition, and supporting lifestyle targets.

ONGOING SUPPORT

You’re never on your own. Each month, your coach reviews your progress, updates your program, and provides ongoing accountability through check-ins, lifestyle guidance, and real-time support.

The Verix Training App is the hub for your remote coaching experience, giving you everything you need to stay consistent, supported, and progressing from anywhere. Your custom program is delivered directly through the app with clear instructions, videos, and session tracking so you always know exactly what to do.

Built-in messaging lets you stay connected to your coach for feedback, form review, and accountability. With progress charts, habit tracking, nutrition tracking, and access to exclusive resources, the app keeps your entire training plan organized and ensures you’re never left guessing—no matter where you train.
