WHAT TO EXPECT

Training with smaller groups allows for some individualization while being fun and social

Programming that works for everyone. We understand stress and adaptations. We don't subscribe to the idea that you need high intensity training every day to see results. Our programs vary intensity and volume throughout the week so you can get the results you want without training yourself into the ground.

The perfect blend of Strength & Conditioning. We need to maintain strength for healthy aging just as much as we need it to compete in our sports. That doesn't mean we don't do conditioning as well. You'll find a nice blend of higher intensity conditioning to build fitness and some lower intensity cyclical work to promote recovery.

COMMON QUESTIONS

ARE THERE ANY REQUIREMENTS BEFORE JOINING GROUP FITNESS?

We believe in individualizing programming for clients wherever we can. To ensure everyone's safety, every group class member upon signup must complete a movement assessment with a coach. This comes at no extra cost to you but will help prepare you for any major movements that you'll see during classes, and allows our coach to see you move before being placed in a group setting.

SHOULD I BE IN SHAPE BEFORE JOINING GROUP FITNESS?

Heck No! We all start somewhere. You'll find some pretty fit people here, but we're all working towards bettering ourselves. We'll assess where you're at in your fitness journey and personalize your experience from there.

SHOULD I COME TO EVERY CLASS?

We want to see you as often as possible. However, if you're new to fitness, it's probably best to start with 2-3 days/week and gradually build up. During your No Sweat Intro, you and your coach can discuss your ideal schedule.

For those who love to compete and get a great sweat on, Elevate may be for you. In our Elevate class, the intensity is strategically elevated at times so you can push your limits and burn those calories! Rack up as many points as you can and see where you stack up in our community.
