You’ll train in a small group of up to three other clients. This intimate environment gives you individualized attention, a welcoming community of people on the same journey, and a built-in support network that goes beyond your coach.

 

Plus, every member of Verix Method 2.0 receives customized nutrition coaching, ongoing accountability, and access to our coaching software—ensuring your progress continues long after you leave the gym.

VERIX METHOD 2.0

The Verix Method 2.0 is our personalized, coach-guided approach to semi-private training—combining individual program design with the energy of a small group environment. Every member begins with a conversation, a full assessment, and a dedicated coach who builds a plan tailored to their goals, lifestyle, and experience. With ongoing monthly support and program updates, you’ll always know exactly what to do, why you’re doing it, and how to keep progressing. It’s the most effective way to train with structure, accountability, and confidence.

FREE CONSULTATION

Start with a simple conversation. We’ll discuss your goals, training history, and lifestyle so we can understand what you want to achieve and how we can best support you. No pressure, no sales tactics, just clarity on your next steps.

ASSESSMENT

Before you train, we take the time to learn how your body moves. Through a structured movement screen, strength evaluation, and lifestyle review, we establish your baseline and identify what you need to train safely, effectively, and sustainably.

MEET YOUR COACH

Your coach becomes your guide. Together, you’ll review your assessment results, set meaningful targets, and build a training plan designed specifically for your abilities, goals, and schedule. This is where your personalized Verix Method journey begins.

MONTHLY SUPPORT

You’re never on your own. Each month, your coach reviews your progress, updates your program, and provides ongoing accountability through check-ins, lifestyle guidance, and real-time support. We ensure you keep moving forward—consistently and confidently.

JANUARY 2026 SCHEDULE

The Verix Method 2.0 officially rolls out January 2026 with limited training times to ensure the highest level of personalized coaching.

 

Each time slot allows three members in a 7:00 AM group and three member spots in the 10:00 AM group. These small training cohorts allow us to deliver truly individualized programming within a supportive semi-private environment.
