The Athlete Project is dedicated to the youth athlete and helping them get bigger, stronger, faster with an emphasis on long-term development and a multi-sport approach.

HOW IT
WORKS

Our Athlete Project runs during the summer months to give athletes a properly built out off-season training program.

Sessions run Monday / Wednesday / Friday at both 10am and 4pm for the months of July, August, and September.

Each session will have its own theme (eg. Plyometrics focused, Change of Direction, etc.) but all sessions will include mobility work, strength, and conditioning.

COMMON QUESTIONS

DO YOU NEED A RESISTANCE TRAINING BACKGROUND TO PARTICIPATE?

No. We believe in individualizing programming for clients wherever we can. To ensure every athletes safety, our coaching staff will regress movements where needed so everyone can succeed.  

WHAT IF I PLAY A SPECIFIC SPORT?

Every young athlete can benefit from taking a multi-sport approach to training. A true off-season program should focus on addressing any muscular imbalances that an athlete has built as a result from their season. We believe in athletes for life; you should be able to move well laterally, express power vertically, and be strong & resilient. 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The Athlete Project costs $125/month (plus GST) and includes 3 training sessions per week. That's roughly 80% savings compared to private training!
